Cooperlux privacy notice
Cooperlux uses account information to provide sign-in, manage access to private workspaces, and support the people using the platform. Creating an account does not grant private access; an operator approves membership and the resources available to you.
Information used by the service
Account records include your email, display name, sign-in identities, account status, and onboarding progress. We store workspace memberships, access approvals, resource permissions, acknowledgements, feedback you submit, and security events. Passkey records contain public credentials, device labels, and use counters. Your authenticator keeps the private passkey and any biometric information used to unlock it.
Secure session cookies keep you signed in. Server records track session creation, expiry, revocation, and recent authentication. The service uses hashed rate-limit identifiers derived from an email or network address and assigns random request IDs to help investigate failures. Hashing an identifier does not make it anonymous. Theme preferences are stored in your browser.
Service providers and communication
Cloudflare serves the site and processes requests, including network addresses and browser request information. Supabase provides authentication and the account database. Account emails use Supabase email delivery; the launch configuration uses Resend as its SMTP provider, which processes recipient addresses and delivery information. An enabled external sign-in provider receives your sign-in request when you choose it. Cooperlux does not receive that provider's password.
Private resources are delivered after server-side access checks. The public architecture and telemetry charts contain sample data. The separately labelled ABKC assistant has its own privacy notice; this Cooperlux notice does not describe conversations with that assistant.
Expiry, records, and requests
Expiry or revocation stops a credential from being used. It does not automatically delete the corresponding account, session, membership, acknowledgement, security event, or provider delivery record. Cooperlux has not published a fixed database deletion schedule. Provider records and backups are also governed by the relevant provider's configuration and terms.
Contact Cooperlux using the details above to ask about access, corrections, account closure, or deletion. We may need to verify that the account belongs to you before acting. Do not send passwords, passkeys, or email verification links in a support message.
